These Terms govern the use of ZemedelCo — an online AI agriculture-information service (the “Service”). By registering or using the Service you accept these Terms.
1. Nature of the service
ZemedelCo provides automatically generated information about agriculture programmes and subsidies using artificial intelligence. Answers are informational and do not constitute an official consultation. The assistant is an information tool and does not replace advice from an expert or a submission to the State Fund Agriculture (DFZ). The Service does not bind the DFZ, the paying agency, or any other authority. For help with a specific application, consult an agronomist, an advisor, or the relevant office.
2. Registration and account
Using the assistant requires registration with a valid email address or a Google profile. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for activity performed through your account. Accounts are personal; company accounts allow adding employees under the conditions of the selected plan.
3. Plans, tokens and payments
Usage is measured in tokens. Plan tokens are valid for the respective period; top-up pack tokens never expire. Plans renew automatically (monthly or annually) until cancelled, which you can do at any time from your account — the plan remains active until the end of the paid period. Prices are in euro; an invoice is issued for each payment. Payments are processed by a licensed provider (Stripe); we do not store card data.
4. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts. Because the Service is digital and its performance begins immediately, every order requires your express consent that performance begins at once and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal (Art. 57(13) of the Consumer Protection Act). A purchase cannot be completed without this consent, which is stored as proof with the respective payment.
5. Acceptable use
The Service may not be used for unlawful purposes, automated content extraction, resale without written consent, or in ways that infringe third-party rights or deliberately overload the system. We may restrict or terminate access in case of abuse.
6. Limitation of liability
We take care to keep answers accurate and current, but artificial intelligence can make mistakes, and programme conditions and deadlines change. The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from actions taken solely on the basis of information from the Service, including missed deadlines or a rejected application. In all cases our liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the preceding 12 months.
7. Personal data
We process personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from your profile page. We may terminate or restrict access upon violation of these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. For material changes we will ask you to re-accept them at your next sign-in. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
Bulgarian law applies. Disputes are resolved by the competent Bulgarian court; consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
